1/6 – 1/4 Scale Collectibles

  • Unassembled & Unpainted (UU): 2–3 weeks

What Impacts Production Time

Each piece moves through a structured pipeline that includes high-resolution printing, curing, precision cleanup, assembly, surface preparation, and (for commissions) hand-painting. Production time may vary based on:

  • Sculpt complexity and part count
  • Scale and structural requirements
  • Paint detail level (for HP commissions)
  • Current studio production queue

Commission Workflow (Hand-Painted)

Hand-Painted pieces are treated as custom studio commissions:

  1. A deposit secures your place in the production queue
  2. The piece is printed, assembled, and prepped
  3. Painting begins once your slot enters the paint queue
  4. Final balance is collected prior to shipment

Each commissioned piece is individually painted, making every final result unique.

Obsidian Guild Studios operates on a limited production capacity to maintain quality standards. During high-demand periods, production timelines may extend slightly. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received unless otherwise specified.

Estimated Delivery Window

Shipping time is in addition to production time and varies based on location. Tracking details are provided once your order has been completed and dispatched.

No. Every piece from Obsidian Guild Studios is made-to-order using premium grade resin and produced in limited quantities. Each statue is individually crafted, finished, and quality-checked to meet collector-grade standards.

What materials are used?

All products are created using premium grade resin for exceptional detail, durability, and surface quality. This allows for sharp sculpt fidelity and a true display-worthy finish.

What finish options do you offer?

We offer three collector-focused finishes:

  • Unassembled & Unpainted (UU): A raw kit intended for experienced hobbyists who prefer to assemble and paint their own pieces.
  • Prepped & Primed (PP): Fully assembled, cleaned, and primed—ready for painting.
  • Hand-Painted (HP): A commissioned, studio-finished collectible completed by hand.

How do Hand-Painted commissions work?

Hand-Painted pieces are commission-based. A deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Each piece is painted by hand, making every final result unique and one-of-a-kind.

What are your production times?

All items are made-to-order. Estimated production timelines are:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Larger or more complex models may ship in multiple parts to prevent damage during transit.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Are these official licensed products?

Some items are fan-art interpretations created by independent artists. These are not officially licensed products and are intended strictly for collector and display purposes.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Each item is individually produced. Minor variations in finish, color, or assembly may occur—especially with hand-painted commissions. These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of the product.
