Shipping Policy
At Obsidian Guild Studio, every collectible we produce is handled with the same care and attention to detail that goes into the creation of the piece itself. Our statues and busts are produced for collectors, and we take great care to ensure they are packaged and shipped safely. Because many of our items are made-to-order, please review the information below to understand how production and shipping timelines work.
Production Time
Most items available through Obsidian Guild Studio are produced after an order is placed. This ensures the highest level of print quality, finishing, and inspection before shipment.
Estimated production times are as follows:

Unassembled & Unpainted Pieces: approximately 2–3 weeks

Prepped & Primed Pieces: approximately 2–4 weeks

Hand-Painted Commissions: approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and current painting queue
Larger statues, dioramas, or complex models may require additional time. If an order requires extended production time, we will communicate updates whenever necessary.
Shipping timelines begin after production is completed.
Order Processing
Once your collectible has completed production, your order will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after production is finished.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment depending on the selected carrier and destination.
Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and seasonal carrier delays.
International Shipping
Obsidian Guild Studio ships to collectors worldwide. International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Packaging & Protection
Every collectible is carefully packaged to protect delicate components during transit. Multi-part statues and complex pieces may be shipped with reinforced packaging materials designed to prevent movement and damage during transport.
Although we package items with extreme care, shipping carriers may occasionally mishandle packages. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist with a resolution.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout. Obsidian Guild Studio cannot be responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update the shipment before it leaves our studio.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work with trusted carriers, delivery delays can sometimes occur due to weather conditions, shipping network congestion, or customs processing. If you believe your shipment has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
